‘Snowball Earth’ Unveils Main Cast, Additional Staff, Teaser Promo for Spring 2026

The official website of the Snowball Earth television anime unveiled the main cast, additional staff, teaser promo, and a teaser visual (pictured) on Thursday. The anime adapting Yuuhirou Tsujitsugu‘s action sci-fi manga is scheduled to premiere on Nippon Television network in April 2026.

Munehisa Sakai (Zombieland Saga) is helming the anime at Studio KAI with Takeshi Iwata (The iDOLM@STER Shiny Colors) as assistant director. Shigeru Murakoshi (Ninja Kamui) is handling the series composition and Toshiya Kouno (Himesama “Goumon” no Jikan desu) is designing the characters.

Tsujitsugu began serializing the manga in Gekkan! Spirits in January 2021. Shogakukan published the ninth volume on July 30, with the tenth volume planned for December 26 release.

VIZ Media licensed the manga for English release in June 2023 and published the seventh volume on November 18, with the eighth volume scheduled for February 17, 2026 release.
