Red Roof has named Tim Lipka as senior vice president of operations and promoted Shanna Wright to senior vice president of commercial strategy, both based at the company’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Red Roof announced the appointment of Tim Lipka as senior vice president of operations, effective immediately. Lipka will be responsible for developing strategies for the franchise operations department to meet brand goals and standards. His role includes helping achieve financial goals and business objectives, and increasing operating performance.
Lipka joins Red Roof with experience in brand leadership, most recently serving as vice president of brand performance at G6 Hospitality. He has held operations roles in the hospitality and food industries for over 25 years.
In addition to Lipka’s appointment, Red Roof announced the promotion of Shanna Wright to senior vice president of commercial strategy. Wright will lead the marketing and distribution departments. Her responsibilities include maximizing efficiency and driving profitable growth. Wright previously served as vice president of distribution services at Red Roof.
Both Lipka and Wright will be based at Red Roof’s corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The company stated that these leadership changes are effective immediately.
