Profitable Business Funded the Shipyards and Built the Ships That Colonized America – Applied to Mars

Angry Astronaut is arguing only about some mission timelines and only about getting first footsteps onto Mars. He is asking all the wrong questions. How would making trillions of dollars in profits every year in SpaceX and profitably scaling up Starships to thousands of flights per year and how would building up 100X on the moon. How does that help going to Mars? Angry Astronaut shouts outs his ignorance and incorrect beliefs. He says it MAKES NO SENSE.
He says he is angry and he is incompetent. He is arguing only about some mission timelines and only about getting first footsteps onto Mars. He is asking all the wrong questions.
He ignores signs that Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Jensen Huang, Sam Altman and others all agree and publicly state that AI data centers in space are the largest opportunity.
How would having 100X more money than NASA budget, how would that help?
A SpaceX IPO and SpaceX Starlink and other revenue will pay for factories, fleets of Starship, and provide resources for Mars development.
You have ZERO understanding of business, money, logistics, supply chains or history. Probably less than zero because you have incorrect information, belief and analysis. Angry Astronaut has certainty about being wrong.
The Mediterranean fleets colonized America. This is a fact not in dispute but lets look at what usiness, money, logistics and supply chains were needed.
The hundreds of caravel or near caravel class ships profitably trading and moving around the Sea. Some of the ships used by the explorers were diverted from fleets used for trade and were made at shipyards that were building them for the Sea trade.
Profitable Mediterranean circuits trained sailors, iterated ship designs (lateen sails, astrolabes from cross-cultural exchanges), and built fleets.
Wealth from trade funded riskier Atlantic ventures (Columbus’s westward sail, backed by Spain’s caravel mastery).
Intermediate stepping stones (Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, African posts) provided resupply, resources, and experience—analogous to lunar bases for fuel/refueling.
Why does SpaceX have 9000 profitable Starlink satellites but EVERYONE (including China) else have 4000 satellites (2000 of which were launched by SpaceX).
Why will a fully reusable SpaceX Starship mean tens of thousands of larger satellites by 2028 and then millions by 2032?
Does landing one ship 30 days before D-Day accomplish what was needed?
Or was it landing 150,000+ with 500,000 tons from 10,000 ships.
Did the US and Canada base those men and material on the UK for months leading up to D-Day?
Did the US have 10X larger petroleum and steel industry to make those ships, planes and tanks?
Did the US have the GDP to defeat Germany and Japan?
GDP which had be created over decades and then mobilized aka converted from civilian to wartime production.
