Inside the ‘operational powerhouse’ of Playtech

Playtech is set to surpass its earnings forecasts for FY2025. One of the hidden factors in its recent success is Playtech Services, which division CEO Elena Rousseva explains is the ‘operational powerhouse’ behind the iGaming giant.

Rouseva brings iGB up to speed on how her part of the business is delivering for the industry at large. She teases the ‘Operational AI agents’ which will supercharge Playtech Services’ core offering.

“Our people are able to focus on player experience, retention and sustainable gambling, while AI agents are using our expertise in a very smart way and delivering the work to the end player efficiently. This is what you can expect from us in 2026.”

Rouseva also discusses why the business is opening operational hubs across the world as it continues to expand across the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
