Steak 3.0 at Renaissance Beijing Haidian Hotel

steakphoto.jpg

Renaissance Beijing Haidian Hotel is about to host a carnival for meat lovers as Food Studio officially launches its Steak 3.0 initiative. This redefines the taste experience for urban professionals and lifestyle enthusiasts alike, offering the rich flavour of imported steaks and the vibrant spectacle of live cooking.

The stars of the show are four classic cuts sourced from the world’s finest regions: The T-bone steak boasts a signature charred edge, with thick-cut marbling that locks in rich juices. The ribeye’s marbling is a gift from nature — seared at high heat, its fat melts into silky smoothness on the tongue, tender yet rich with buttery notes.

The tenderloin is as delicate as cream and can be effortlessly sliced with a knife and fork. Its medium-rare pink interior reveals the purest sweetness of lean beef. The sirloin’s fatty edge is its soul — when charred to perfection, it releases an intoxicating aroma and its firm texture provides a satisfying, layered chew.

Available long-term, 11.30am-2pm, 5.30-9pm

Sirloin Set: RMB198, Filet Mignon Set: RMB288, Rib Eye Set: RMB398, Tomahawk Steak Set: RMB588
