#8 Hotpot Restaurant from Grand Hyatt Chengdu is making a guest appearance at Market Café, presenting A Journey of Taste – Chengdu. Chef He personally brings three authentic hotpot flavors: the signature beef tallow spicy broth, a chicken and mushroom broth, and a savory tomato broth.
The hotpot is served in a semi-buffet format, featuring premium beef, lamb, assorted seafood, more than ten types of vegetables and sauces for self-service, complemented by four Sichuan-style cold dishes.
Market Café will feature a mega buffet, including hotpot, every Friday evening through the weekend.
