LoL star Bin Almost Quits BLG After Explosive Argument With Management

Written by on January 30, 2026

While BLG is still one of the best League of Legends teams in the LPL, the past few years haven’t exactly been smooth sailing for them – and Chen “Bin” Ze-Bin may finally be losing his patience.

After almost beating T1 in the Worlds 2024 Finals, they haven’t quite been able to recapture the magic and get back to being a team that can contest a world title.

Tensions are high within BLG, with back-to-back losses against JDG clearly getting to them. Considering the team is made up mostly of unproven talent aside from Chen “GALA” Wei and arguably Yu “JunJia” Chun-Chia, it’s not the sort of team BLG would typically lose to. Especially not twice in one week.

It’s difficult to say exactly what sparked an argument with management, but tensions clearly boiled over. Top laner Bin just packed his bags and left, with BLG opting to call up their LDL top laner in case he didn’t show up again.

apparently bin left the BLG gaming house after an argument with the management???

HE JUST STOOD UP AND LEFT

THEY’RE PLAYING TES TOMORROW WHAAAAAAAT

BLG Bin Walks Out on Team After Tense Argument

Bin has been a key part of BLG’s success over the past few years, and he’s had one of the most decorated careers in the history of League of Legends. From almost winning Worlds in 2020 and getting the only World Finals Pentakill in history to winning MSI 2022 while he was on RNG, this player is no stranger to success.

However, he’s a carry player at heart. He’s known for picks like Jax and Fiora, and he wants to show that he’s better than his lane opponent. Lately, he’s often been stuck playing weakside, safe top laners like K’Sante and Sion. He’s not really getting the opportunity to carry like he used to.

And, while this may just be down to where the meta is currently, it’s hard to imagine that some of his rough matches recently haven’t caused tension within the team.

Details on what he argued about are rumors at this point, so take everything spoken about here with a grain of salt.

Apparently, the way it went down was that Bin targeted management alone with his frustration rather than his teammates. There’s clearly something in the team environment he isn’t happy about, whether it be draft, practice, or some other factor.

Bin walked out but returned to the team and apologized for his actions. At this point, LDL top laner Yang “Wenbo” Wen-Bo who was brought in to replace him still has a spot on the roster, but he’s not starting. Keeping him around appears to be BLG’s way of lighting a fire under Bin and showing that they can and will replace him if they have to.

Bin first admitted the mistake and apologized to the director and the front desk before ending this incident.

He said he got his emotions together, realized his mistake, and promised the team and coaching staff that he would take the game and scrimmage seriously in the future. pic.twitter.com/cpVaJiUJZY

What’s more, Weibo jungler Gao “Tian” Tian-Liang claims that Bin was almost booted from his team late last year due to a dispute with their coach. This also comes after the entire team got caught in an illegal gambling den last year, something that’s been swept under the rug with the team never getting penalized for it.

It’s not clear what the future holds for BLG just yet, but they’re still in contention for the playoffs and look like a top team. At this point, it’s down to whether or not the team can sort out personal issues fast enough to continue to be at the top of the LPL.
