I wanted to freeze something immediately for dessert night (read: not make ice cream). This is also a great base for smoothies. —Debra Keil, Owasso, Oklahoma
Ingredients
- 6 ounces reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into molds or paper cups; top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm. To serve, let pops stand at room temperature 5 minutes before unmolding.
