Beyoncé Reaches Billionaire Status

Written by on December 31, 2025

Beyoncé is officially a billionaire.

After setting records with her 2023 Renaissance Tour and 2025’s Cowboy Carter Tour, Forbes has announced Queen Bey’s latest milestone. The 44-year-old star is the fifth musician to do so and has joined the likes of her husband, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Bruce Springsteen.

In 2023, the business publication reported that the Houston native’s network grew by $300 million after grossing over $600 million at the completion of her Renaissance World Tour. The 56-show, 39-city trek was adapted into a movie, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, that was distributed at select AMC theaters. It grossed $21 million domestically on opening weekend in December 2023 and garnered around $44 million globally.

Since then, Bey released her Grammy-winning album, Cowboy Carter, and earned about $50 million for performing the special halftime show for Netflix’s first Christmas Day NFL game in 2024. The Parkwood Entertainment founder also pocketed an estimated $10 million in her partnership with Levi’s for a campaign and a series of Western-themed commercials.

This year, Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour grossed $407.6 million, garnered over $1.6 million in ticket sales, and another $50 million in merchandise sold at its 32 shows, making it the highest-grossing country tour of all time. The mother of three recently shared the inspiration behind her record-breaking tour in her Pollstar cover story.

“I was inspired by the Texas Lone Star and the beautiful art town of Marfa. A fusion of futurism from RENAISSANCE with the golden maximalism from COWBOY CARTER,” she shared. “I tried to give the audience a contemporary Houston Rodeo experience. I also brought classic theater and opera into the space. The overall intention for this tour was to celebrate American resiliency.”

Mrs. Carter’s billionaire riches include profits from her Cécred haircare brand, her whiskey label, SirDavis, and Ivy Park clothing line. Read Forbes full report here.
